Prices

Prices are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%

We reserve the right to amend all rates quoted in the event of any changes in Government Taxes

Bookings

Provisional bookings (without obligation) can be made by email or Fax on or 01334 656548 or by post sending the request to Alba Travel & Promotions, 30 Castlefield, Cupar, Fife, Scotland, KY15 4DB.

The reservation should clearly state the following:

  • Package you wish to purchase
  • Number of passengers
  • Name of passengers

If the reservation includes hotel accommodation the following additional information is required:

  • Number of nights accommodation
  • Dates of arrival and departure
  • Any special room requirements
  • Ages of any children if accompanied by children

Alba Travel & Promotions will reconfirm the reservation with you on receipt of your request giving an Alba Travel & Promotions reference which will be used in all further communications.

Payments

Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days on receipt of your e-mail, fax or letter requesting a particular package Deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required on confirmation by cheque made payable to Alba Travel & Promotions.

Balance of the invoice has to be settled 28 days prior to the event or package by cheque made payable to Alba Travel & Promotions.

If you fail to pay the balance in full 28 days prior to the commencement of an event or package we will treat this as a cancellation by you and our cancellation terms would apply.

Any reservation made by you within 28 days of travel must be paid in full at confirmation.

Cancellations

Clients should check the terms of their Holiday Insurance cover as cancellation charges may be recoverable on your insurance if the reason for your cancellation is covered under your policy.

In the event of cancellation of any booking by a client the client shall pay to Alba Travel & Promotions a cancellation fee calculated as follows if the package remains unsold by the time of the event.

The total charge if notice of cancellation in writing is received less than 30 days prior to the date of the event or package start date.

50% of the total charge if notice of cancellation in writing is received between 31 days and 60 days prior to the date booked.

Force Majeure

Alba Travel & Promotions will not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform its obligations as a result of fire, shortage of labour, strikes, industrial disputes or other causes beyond reasonable control.

Complaints

We make every effort to ensure enjoyment and smooth running of your event package. If however you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your package please contact our office immediately whereupon we will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. If for any reason we are unable to rectify the problem in this manner then please write to Alba Travel & Promotion within 14 days of the event package ending.

Alba Travel & Promotions will not accept liability for complaints that are not reported during the client?s participation in an event package or within 14 days of the package ending

Other

Alba Travel & Promotions will not be liable for any damage or loss of property of the Client howsoever such loss or damage is caused and whether or not be the negligence of any servant or agent of Alba Travel & Promotions.

Written conformation of the booking represents acceptance of these terms and conditions which cannot be amended other than with the written approval by Alba Travel & Promotions.

In the event that a concert is cancelled no charge will be made if no service whatsoever is provided or required.
